Terms of Use

Effective date: May 25, 2026

Agreement

These Terms of Use apply to your use of MailOps, an independent iOS app for monitoring production email APIs. By using MailOps, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. MailOps is licensed, not sold. Your use of the app through the App Store is also subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement unless Apple or App Store rules require otherwise.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be able to form a binding agreement and must provide accurate account information. You are responsible for keeping your MailOps account, device, Apple ID, provider accounts, and authentication credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account or workspace.

Provider accounts and credentials

MailOps helps you view and monitor email provider resources. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining your own provider accounts, API keys, permissions, billing, rate limits, and compliance obligations. You must not connect MailOps to provider accounts or data that you are not authorized to access.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use MailOps to access, monitor, or process data without authorization.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or bypass security for MailOps or any provider service.
  • Do not use MailOps to send spam, phishing, abusive, illegal, or harmful communications.
  • Do not upload or sync content that violates law, third-party rights, or provider terms.
  • Comply with all applicable third-party terms when using MailOps with Apple, Supabase, RevenueCat, PostHog, Resend, or any email provider.

Subscriptions and billing

MailOps Pro may be offered as an auto-renewable subscription or other in-app purchase through Apple. Apple processes App Store purchases and renewals. Subscription pricing, duration, trial availability, renewal timing, and cancellation controls are shown in the app and in App Store purchase flows before purchase. Unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, subscriptions may renew automatically through your Apple ID. You can manage or cancel your subscription in Apple ID subscription settings. Refund requests are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.

Third-party services

MailOps depends on third-party platforms and provider APIs. Those services are not controlled by MailOps, and their availability, data, limits, incidents, pricing, and terms may change. MailOps is not responsible for third-party provider outages, provider data accuracy, provider billing, or third-party account decisions.

Operational information

MailOps is a read-first operational dashboard. Delivery health, event status, rate limit, webhook, subscription, and provider resource data is provided for operational awareness only. It is not a guarantee of email delivery, compliance, revenue, uptime, or incident resolution.

Intellectual property

MailOps, the MailOps name, interface, branding, and website content are owned by MailOps or its licensors. You may use the app only as permitted by these terms, Apple's terms, and applicable law. Provider names and logos belong to their respective owners.

App changes and availability

MailOps may change, suspend, or discontinue features, providers, pricing, or availability. We may also update the app to improve security, reliability, compatibility, or App Store compliance.

Termination

You may stop using MailOps at any time and may request account deletion through the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for other users or providers, fail to maintain payment for paid features, or if continued service becomes impractical or unlawful.

Disclaimer

MailOps is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MailOps will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, email delivery failures, provider account actions, or business interruption arising from your use of the app.

Apple terms

Apple is not responsible for MailOps or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for MailOps except as required by applicable law. If MailOps fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price where required by App Store rules. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms where required by Apple's developer terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use as MailOps changes. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are published. Continued use of MailOps after updates means you accept the updated terms.
